The Vanderpools: Topping the Charts
With 10 million FairShare Plus points
under their belts, Paul and Sue Ann
Vanderpool of Mechanicsville, VA., have
the most points of any Fairfield member!

"We're a little dumbfounded," says Sue
Ann.  "We didn't set out to be the number
one family.  We were just trying to
establish a legacy for our children and
our grandchildren. Something that will
live on beyond us."
The Vanderpools say buying points was easy once they began to
experience 12 years ago all that it had to offer.  They fell in love with
destinations like Edisto, Sedona, Flagstaff and Williamsburg.  They're
even planning a family reunion in Williamsburg, Christmas 2002.

"I love the idea of getting away and this is not your typical timeshare
experience" says Paul. "We plan on using some of our points to take my
parents on a cruise to Hawaii in February."

But it's the quality service that has the Vanderpools really sold.
"Cherokee, our representative, consistently follows up with us. He makes us
really feel a part of the family," says Sue Ann.  "We want to share our
experiences with other people who are considering getting  a timeshare."

Award

This is awarded for being the "voice" of
the owners of Fairfield Resorts.  The
recipient of this award is chosen to travel
to Orlando, FL four times a year to meet
with the Executive Board of Fairfield to
discuss any concerns and questions that
need to be addressed.

Awarded from 2000 - 2003 as the Nation's Top
Representative at Fairfield Resorts.  He also
has been rated the top representative from
2004 - current year at Sunterra Resorts.

service.  He has received over 10 of these
throughout his career at Fairfield.

Resorts during his career there.

This award is presented in recognition of
outstanding achievement of overall
customer service.  This is one of the most
prestigious awards as it symbolizes over
300 people (owners) that vote to
determine the representative that displays
the best customer service.

He has received over 10 of these
throughout his career at Fairfield Resorts.
Certified Member Services Specialist
Sunterra Resorts

He received his certification as Senior
Member Services Specialist within only two
years of being with the company.  This makes
him one of only seven specialists in the
Northeast Region and one of only twelve
Senior Specialists in the world.

This award reflects a record set by
bringing in referral self-generated
business for the month of August alone.  
Which further depicts the relationship
between the owner and representative.

This award reflects the largest increase in
owner upgrades from one year to the next.
Cherokee Edwards, has been a Member Service Specialist for over 10 years.  His
belief is to always do what others won't, to service and take care of his families
(owners).  His career in the Vacation Ownership industry began at Fairfield Resorts
back in 1999, then at Sunterra in 2004 and finally at Williamsburg Plantation.  The
way he cares for families that he meets and goes above and beyond for them,
showed this would be more than a job opportunity.  This would become his career.  
He enjoys not only meeting families, but seeing them have the best vacations of
their lives.  For him, being an ordinary representative and leader is impossible.   

Cherokee has taken his skills and abilities and now speaks to businesses, sales
teams, schools and teachers to help them excel the way that he has. His incredible
enthusiasm keeps people excited and eager to learn more. His intelligence and
ability to listen helps his audience learn and improve in whatever area they need
help in.
